Background
AQUA describes itself as a Bitcoin 'superapp' designed for Latin America: users save in bitcoin and transact with Lightning, Liquid and Tether USDT, swap assets and buy bitcoin [aqua.net]. Its FAQ says the wallet does not collect personal data or transaction logs; data is only shared when third-party services are used, such as customer support through Zendesk. AQUA is made by JAN3, and its site is in English and Spanish.
