Blockrise, based in Rotterdam, offers Bitcoin custody, brokerage and asset management for individuals and businesses, and says clients can verify their bitcoin on-chain.

Blockrise gives 2017 as its founding year and calls itself a 100% Bitcoin-only platform [blockrise.com]. Blockrise Capital B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 74879782, is authorised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCAR, licence 41000029. Bitcoin-backed loans are offered by a group company, Blockrise Lending B.V., which does not hold a MiCAR licence.
